Hypophosphataemic rickets with hypercalciuria (HHRH) is a rare autosomal-recessive condition, typically reported in consanguineous families. Milder forms, with less significant hypophosphataemia, present with hypercalciuria and nephrolithiasis, without bone disease and may be underdiagnosed.
